We just got back from a little hide and seek in a large patch of grass and trees we found by our running trail. The running trail is lit so there is just enough light amongst the trees and grass for us to find each other. What a blessing that was tonight for the whole family to be able to run off some energy (and stress for the adults) and have fun laughing and playing together. Thank you Lord again for a great location to live in this huge city of cement.....for a little patch of nature close-by for this nature-loving family! Looking forward to many picnics in that patch of peace when the weather warms up!
Now off to make a birthday cake and strawberry muffins for my soon to be four year old!!!
